To help us help you, include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened. Please don't email door codes, confirmation numbers or other private trip details.
Common questions
How do I invite friends?
Open the trip, go to Crew and tap Invite friends. Add each person by phone number or email. They get an invite, tap it, and the trip opens on their phone. Only the people you add can join, unless you turn on "Anyone with the link can join".
Why can't my friend see the trip?
Check that they're signed in to iCloud on their iPhone (Settings > your name) and that iCloud Drive is on. Make sure you added the phone number or email they use for their Apple ID, then ask them to open the invite again.
How does each day start from Home?
Add your stay (The Plan > + > Stay). Every day then starts with a Home card, and Bevybound shows the walk or drive from Home to your first stop and between every stop after that.
What do Walking, Driving and Both do?
The switch at the top of The Plan sets how times are shown. Walking shows walks, but switches to the drive if a walk would take more than 44 minutes (20 minutes on an easy day). Driving shows drives. Both shows both.
How do I put the next stop on my Lock Screen?
On a trip day, open The Plan and tap Show today on Lock Screen. Live Activities need to be on in Settings > Bevybound.
How do I save my photos?
In Memories, tap a photo and choose Save to Photos, or use the menu at the top to save them all. You get the original photo, full size, without the frame.
Does Bevybound work without signal?
Your plan is always saved on your phone. Before you go, open the trip menu and tap Get ready for no signal to save every walk and drive time. You can also download the city map in Apple Maps.
How do I ask Siri?
Say "Hey Siri, what's next in Bevybound?" or "How long until my Bevybound trip?" These also appear in the Shortcuts app.
How do I delete my data?
Remove a trip from My Trips, or delete the app. To remove iCloud data, go to Settings > your name > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Bevybound. The person who created a trip can delete it for everyone from Crew.
